Nestled near a natural creek to the south, the design was shaped to capture these tranquil views from the main living spaces. The clients envisioned a spacious, versatile home with a Hamptons farmhouse feel, prioritising premium finishes in key areas while taking a cost-effective approach in others.

A gabled entrance welcomes you into the bright, airy living space, where a raked ceiling with exposed rafters enhances the Hamptons character. Bedroom wings extend off either side, maximizing northern sunlight, while a seamless connection from the garage through the laundry, pantry, and kitchen supports effortless daily living.
